WARRANTY, RETURN, REFUND, EXCHANGE, UPGRADE, LAYAWAY POLICIES.
- All Sales are Final the customer acknowledges that the product was received in good and new condition.
- No refund for Buyers Remorse. Original Sales Receipt is required at all times.
- Exchanges or Repairs will be made in the case of damage due to a manufacturing defect; we estimate that if there is a manufacturing defect it would come to notice within 30 days of purchase. Any issues after 30 days of purchase will be deemed as normal wear and tear damages.
- Silver and All Clearance Item carry a limited warranty of 30 days.
- All Exchanges and Refunds have to be authorized by the Owner or Manager of the store.
- No Return, Exchange or Upgrades on Lab Grown Diamonds or Lab Diamond Jewelry Special Orders and Custom Designs Specially made for the clients cannot be exchanged or refunded as it was made specifically for the client.
- Jewels forever stands by the quality and craftsmanship of each product we sell. We will assist and work with every client when required and will provide service where it’s required and is deemed fair and humane. We agree to repair or exchange any items, which we deem to be damaged due to manufacturing defect. This warranty expressly excludes coverage of excessive wear and tear or any abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft.
- If a service is required beyond the warranty period we can always assist and there would be a nominal charge as per the issue.
- Restocking Fee for any authorized refund or returns will be 20%. This receipt supersedes and nullifies any prior agreements, written or verbal made between you and any representative or employee of the Store.
UPGRADE POLICY
- Jewels forever offer a lifetime upgrade policy on all Diamonds and Precious Gems Jewelry.
- We encourage you to take full advantage of this Policy.
- Upgrades will be honored only if the purchase price is greater than twice the amount of the original purchase.
- Manager can make exceptions to this if required.
- The original piece must be in new condition, and must be accompanied by your original receipt.
LAYAWAY POLICY
- Layaway is for 3 Month’s Period. Please inform if you need slightly extra time.
- Products of Layaway beyond the stipulated time will be removed and put in stock.
- Deposit amount can be used to buy anything else with in the 6 months of doing layaway.
- Beyond the stipulated 6 months deposit will be forfeited and used towards restocking fee.
